Malipo supports owner-run businesses in keeping daily records of sales, expenses, stock, and customer balances through structured conversations. The service is offered as-is and continues to evolve; features may be added, refined, or retired over time.

2. Acceptable use

Use the service responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules. Do not intentionally interfere with its operation or negatively affect other users.

3. Your records

The information you enter belongs to your business. You grant us a limited right to process it so we can provide the service. Records are treated as operational data, not marketing material.

4. Not financial or legal advice

The service helps you keep clear records, but it does not provide accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice. For decisions that need professional judgement, please consult an appropriate advisor.

5. Backups and responsibility

The service is actively developed. Behavior, pricing, and interfaces may change, and meaningful changes will be communicated through the service or this website.

7. Suspension

We may pause or end access where usage is harming other users, breaking the law, or putting the service at risk. You can stop using the service at any time.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Botsmith Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from your use of the service.
